Rockin' to another year

On august 1st it was seven years of wedded bliss for us! I only tried to poison his food once in seven years. If only I could learn how to cut the brake cables! Just kidding. We are obviously celebrating a bit late but it was a nice ending to my week for sure. Parker was so excited because Uncle Brian came down to babysit for us while we partied it up in SLC. Jim had the beautiful flowers delivered to me in the cute little pumpkin vase. We went out for a really nice italian dinner (no not olive garden) and then went to the Gavin Degraw concert at the Murray theater. The opening act was Charlotte Sometimes and the lead singer was a cute little rocker chick. They were way good and Gavin put on a great concert as well. (i have put both artists in my playlist for those of you who have no idea who they are). I am a huge fan of live music and it's been to long since my last concert. Jim is not a big fan of the music I listen to but he went anyway. He is a rock kinda guy you know Linkin Park, Korn, AC/DC. So he was a trooper to come with me. He did note however that we were about the only ones who were old enough to drive ourselves to the concert!
